Submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-bot check that processes limited technical signals (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to confirm you are not an automated bot. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, never to sell or share with advertisers.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The Site may rely on essential technical cookies or local storage required for its core operation (for example, to remember your active session if a login feature is added later). Any such use will be limited to what is strictly necessary.
3. Third-party services
We do not embed advertising, analytics, or social-media trackers. We do rely on two service providers: Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs the anti-bot check on the contact form, and our email delivery provider, which transmits contact-form submissions to our team. If we add other integrations, we will list them here and explain their role.
4. How we use information
We use contact-form submissions solely to read, evaluate, and respond to your message. We do not use them for marketing lists, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not sell personal data.

Contact-form submissions are retained in our email records only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and keep a reasonable record of the correspondence, after which they are deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Browsing the Site alone does not create a personal record. If you have submitted the contact form, you can ask us to review or delete what you sent by replying to our correspondence or contacting us again.

NaciluzAI is focused on Guatemala. If you access the Site from outside Guatemala, please be aware that your connection will be routed through the infrastructure that hosts the Site.
